Chigurida Kanasu

Shankar, a young man from Delhi, discovers his Kannadiga roots in a small village, overcomes resistance from a resentful man, builds a bridge and electricity project, earns the love of the villagers, faces tragedy, but ultimately achieves unity and progress in the village with the support of his family and the community.
