Meteor 17 in association with Crew Neck Productions. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) John Beug, Dave Harding, Scott Pascucci and Spencer Proffer. The film is written and directed by John Scheinfeld. Abramorama acquired the distribution rights for the film.
