In a farm, a girl saves a piglet named Wilbur, who faces rejection from other animals, but forms a bond with a spider named Charlotte who helps him gain recognition before her death, leading to a friendship between Wilbur and Charlottes offspring. Charlottes Web is a 2006 American English-language Comedy Family motion picture starring Julia Roberts, Dakota Fanning, Steve Buscemi, John Cleese, Oprah Winfrey, Cedric The Entertainer and Tommy Jarvis. The movie is based on Charlotte s Web by E. B. White. Nickelodeon Movies in association with Walden Media and The K Entertainment Company. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Jordan Kerner. Charlottes Web is written by Susannah Grant, Karey Kirkpatrick, Earl Hamner Jr. and E.b. White and it is directed by Gary Winick. Paramount Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. Charlottes Web was released on 21st December 2006 and takes a screen time of 97 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Charlottes Web was made on a budget of $85 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $148 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Susannah Grant and Karey Kirkpatrick. Cinematography was done by Seamus McGarvey and editing by Susan Littenberg and Sabrina Plisco. The music was composed by Danny Elfman.
