A group of Indian immigrants in Birmingham, UK work multiple jobs illegally to support their families, forming friendships and facing challenges along the way, eventually finding support and resolution with the help of their friends. Chal Mera Putt is a 2019 Indian Punjabi-language Comedy Drama film starring Amrinder Gill, Simi Chahal, Iftikhar Thakur, Nasir Chinyoti, Akram Udas, Rup Khatkar and Tania Staite. Rhythm Boyz Entertainment in association with Gillz Network and Omjee Star Studios. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Karaj Gill and Ashu Munish Sahni. The movie is directed by Janjot Singh. Omjee Star Studios acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Chal Mera Putt was released on 26th July 2019 and takes a screen time of 124 minutes. The film made a box office gross of ₹30 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Rakesh Dhawan and Kulwant Singh. Cinematography was done by Sandeep Patil and editing by Sadik Ali Shaikh. The music was composed by Gurcharan Singh along with Dr Zeus.
