Chakradhari

The film tells the story of Gora Kumbhar, a devoted potter who undergoes a tragic incident and sacrifices his hands in devotion to Lord Panduranga, eventually being proclaimed as one of the Lords greatest devotees. Chakradhari is a 1977 Indian Telugu-language Drama Musical motion picture starring Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Vanisri, Gummadi and Jaya Prada. The movie is based on Bhakta Kumbara. Lakshmi Films Combines was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) N. R. Anuradha Devi. Chakradhari is written by Acharya Aatreya and directed by V. Madhusudan Rao and V. Madhusudhana Rao. Chakradhari was released on 3rd February 1977 and takes a screen time of 142 mins. The screenplay for the movie was written by V. Madhusudhana Rao.
