Chaamp is a 2017 Indian Bengali-language Sport motion picture featuring Dev, Rukmini Maitra, Priyanka Sarkar, Chiranjit Chakraborty, Animesh Bhaduri, Raj Chakraborty and Sumit Kirtania. Dev Entertainment Ventures in association with Geetsangeet Productions. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Dev Adhikari, Gurupada Adhikari and Raj Chakraborty. Chaamp is written by Dev and Padmanabha Dasgupta and it is directed by Raj Chakraborty. SVF Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the film. Chaamp was released on 23rd June 2017 and takes a screen time of 155-40 Minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Chaamp was made on a budget of ₹5 crore and it was a hit at box office gross of ₹8 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Padmanabha Dasgupta. Cinematography was done by Soumik Haldar and editing by Md. Kalam. The music was composed by Jeet Ganguly along with Raftaar and Indraadip Dasgupta.
