Caesar and Cleopatra is a 1945 English-language Biography Comedy motion picture starring Vivien Leigh, Claude Rains, Stewart Granger, Flora Robson, Francis L. Sullivan, Basil Sydney and Guy Verney. Gabriel Pascal Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Gabriel Pascal. Caesar and Cleopatra is written by George Bernard Shaw and directed by Gabriel Pascal. Eagle-Lion Films acquired the distribution rights for the film. Caesar and Cleopatra was released on 6th September 1946 and takes a screen time of 128-123 minutes. Caesar and Cleopatra was made on a budget of £5 million. Cinematography was done by F. A. Young F.R.P.S., Robert Krasker, Jack Hildyard and Jack Cardiff and editing by Frederick Wilson and Joan Warwick. The music was composed by Georges Auric.
