Two individuals, Rakesh and Vimmi, form a friendship at a train station as they both strive to achieve their dreams of escaping their small villages, resorting to elaborate cons for money and gaining notoriety, until a persistent police officer catches up to them and instead of arresting them, recruits them to assist in combating other scams.
