Martha, who works in a doll factory and cares for her disabled father, develops feelings for her co-worker Kyle, who suffers from social anxiety disorder, but becomes frustrated when he starts spending time with their new co-worker Rose, who takes advantage of their clients and steals from them, leading to Martha reluctantly agreeing to babysit for Rose only to discover that Rose is actually on a date with Kyle, resulting in Rose stealing money from Kyles house and later being found dead, leading to Marthas arrest for her murder, although Martha claims her innocence but is met with skepticism, while a deleted scene reveals that Martha has a brain tumor causing her abnormal behavior, leaving Kyles life unaffected.
