Shri Mahalakshmi Combine was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) J. H. Murali. The film is written and directed by Mirchi Senthil and Senthil Kumar. Bose was released on 11th August 2004 and takes a screen time of 165 minutes. Cinematography was done by S.D. Vijay Milton and editing by V. Jaishankar. The music was composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja along with Karthik Raja.
