An adopted son of a Mexican bandit saves a woman from his brothers assault and is nursed back to health by her and her father, leading to a conflict between the bandit and the settlers which results in the adopted son defending the settlers and ultimately being buried in his homeland by his dying fathers request, only to be shot by his fathers loyal companion and brought back to Texas for burial by the woman he saved. Blue is a 1968 American English-language Romance Western motion picture featuring Terence Stamp, Joanna Pettet, Karl Malden, Ricardo Montalb N, Stathis Giallelis, Sally Kirkland and Lalo Rios. The movie is based on original story by Ronald M. Cohen. Kettledrum Production in association with Inc. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Judd Bernard and Irwin Winkler. Blue is written by Ronald M. Cohen and Meade Roberts and it is directed by Silvio Narizzano. Paramount Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. Blue was released on 10th February 1972 and takes a screen time of 113 min. Blue was made on a budget of ₹80 crore and at the box office it grossed only $0 million. Cinematography was done by Stanley Cortez and editing by Stewart Linder. The music was composed by Manos Hatzidakis.
