Regency Enterprises in association with Runteldat Entertainment, The Firm and Inc. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Arnon Milchan, Darryl J. Quarles, Michael Green and Paul Schiff. Black Knight is written by Darryl Quarles, Peter Gaulke, Gerry Swallow, Jack Brodsky, Peaches Davis, Michael Green, Jeff Kwatinetz, Martin Lawrence, Arnon Milchan, Aaron Ray, Paul Schiff and Darryl J. Quarles and it is directed by Gil Junger. 20th Century Fox acquired the distribution rights for the film. Black Knight was released on 21st November 2001 and takes a screen time of 95 minutes.
