Birdman is a 2014 American English-language Comedy Drama motion picture starring Michael Keaton, Zach Galifianakis, Edward Norton, Andrea Riseborough, Amy Ryan, Emma Stone and Raffaello Perfetto. Birdman was Produced by Arnon Milchan, James W. Skotchdopole, John Lesher and Alejandro Gonz Lez I Rritu. Birdman is written by Alejandro González Iñárritu, Nicolás Giacobone, Alexander Dinelaris, Armando Bo, Raymond Carver, Alejandro Gonz Lez I Rritu, Nicol S Giacobone, Alexander Dinelaris Jr. and Armando B and it is directed by Alejandro González Iñárritu and Alejandro Gonz Lez I Rritu. Fox Searchlight Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Birdman was released on 15th January 2015 and takes a screen time of 119 minutes. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released and became successful at box office. Birdman was made on a budget of $18 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $103 million. Cinematography was done by Emmanuel Lubezki and editing by Douglas Crise and Stephen Mirrione. The music was composed by Antonio S Nchez. At the 2015 Oscar Awards It won 4 awards including: Best Motion Picture of the Year, Best Achievement in Directing, Best Writing, Original Screenplay and Best Achievement in Cinematography. At the 2014 Venice Film Festival It also won an award for Best Soundtrack.
