Wide Angle Creations in association with IN Entertainment. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Sunir Kheterpal, Suresh Balaje, George Pius and Chakri Toleti. Billa 2 is written by Chakri Toleti, Eric Felberg, Sarath Mandava, Jaffer Mohammad, Ee. Raa. Murugan and Jaffer Mohammed and it is directed by Chakri Toleti. Aascar Films acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Billa 2 was released on 13th July 2012 and takes a screen time of 126 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Billa 2 was made on a budget of ₹35 crore and it was a hit at box office gross of ₹48 crore. Cinematography was done by R. D. Rajasekhar and editing by Suresh Urs. The music was composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
