A young girl named Neelima is targeted by her greedy uncle, but escapes and finds refuge with a woman named Pushpa, while a wealthy young man named Ajay, who rejects a socialites advances, meets Neelima in Nainital and they fall in love, but Neelima also captures the affection of a man named Anand, which leads to a complicated love triangle.
