Begunaah

A widower named Jeevanlal goes missing after an accident, leaving his daughter Guddu alone and searching for him, but when Jeevanlal returns home he is unable to afford medicine for Guddus illness, leading to his arrest and prison sentence, where he escapes and is taken in by a judge who helps him start a new life, while Guddu becomes a single mother and seeks revenge, resulting in a reunion that forces Jeevanlal to confront the consequences of his actions. Begunaah is a 1991 Indian Hindi-language Action Crime film starring Rajesh Khanna, Farah Naaz, Ashok Kumar Ganguly, Farha Naaz, Sadashiv Amrapurkar, Jeetendra Kapoor and Kedarnath Saigal. A.R.Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Anil Suri. Begunaah is written by Abrar Alvi, Muqtida Hasan Nida Fazli, Indivar, Payam Saeedi and Sushma Suri and it is directed by Anil Suri. Columbia Pictures Television acquired the distribution rights for the film. Begunaah was released on 4th January 1991 and takes a screen time of 150 minutes. Cinematography was done by D.K. Prabhakar and editing by M.S. Shinde. The music was composed by Rajesh Roshan.
