Beethoven is a 1992 American English-language Comedy Drama film starring Charles Grodin, Bonnie Hunt, Dean Jones, Oliver Platt, Stanley Tucci, Nicholle Tom and Richard Portnow. Northern Lights Entertainment was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Joe Medjuck, Michael C. Gross and Ivan Reitman. Beethoven is written by John Hughes and Amy Holden Jones and it is directed by Brian Levant. Universal Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Beethoven was released on 3rd April 1992 and takes a screen time of 87 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Beethoven was made on a budget of $18 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $147 million. Cinematography was done by Victor J. Kemper and editing by William D. Gordean and Sheldon Kahn. The music was composed by Randy Edelman.
