O Entertainment was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Steve Oedekerk and Paul Marshal. The movie is written and directed by Steve Oedekerk. Paramount Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. Barnyard was released on 31st August 2006 and takes a screen time of 90 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Barnyard was made on a budget of $51 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $116 million. Editing was done by Paul D. Calder and Billy Weber. The music was composed by John Debney.
