Banphool

The story is about a tea estate worker named Haria who falls in love with a gypsy girl, but faces obstacles including the promise of Gulabi to the estate owners son and revenge from that same son. Banphool is a 1971 Indian Hindi-language Romance Drama film featuring Shatrughan Sinha, Jeetendra Kapoor, Babita Kapoor, Ramesh Deo, Purnima, Durga Khote and G.n. Damle. Filmlands was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Harish Upadyaya and C.d. Shah. Banphool is written by Qamar Jalalabadi and Moosa Kaleem and it is directed by Vijay Bhatt. Banphool was released on 30th December 1971 and takes a screen time of 152 minutes. The screenplay for the movie was written by Dhruv Chatterji. Cinematography was done by Pravin Bhatt and editing by Nand Kumar.
