Joe is a contract killer who goes to Bangkok to assassinate four people for a crime boss, but ends up falling for a deaf-mute pharmacist and training a local pickpocket, ultimately having second thoughts about his mission and either committing suicide with the crime boss or being rescued by the pickpocket. Bangkok Dangerous is a 2008 American English-language Action Crime movie featuring Nicolas Cage, Charlie Yeung, Shahkrit Yamnarm, Panward Hemmanee, Nirattisai Kaljareuk, Dom Hetrakul and Nikki Rapp. Blue Star Entertainment in association with Saturn Films. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Nicolas Cage, Norman Golightly, William Sherak and Jason Shuman. Bangkok Dangerous is written by Jason Richman, Oxide Chun Pang, Danny Pang and Pang Brothers and it is directed by Danny Pang, Oxide Chun Pang and Pang Brothers. Lionsgate acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Bangkok Dangerous was released on 11th September 2008 and takes a screen time of 100 minutes. Bangkok Dangerous was made on a budget of $45 million and at the box office it grossed only $0 million. Cinematography was done by Decha Srimantra and editing by Mike Jackson and Curran Pang.
