Beera, a young shepherd, is forced to leave his loving foster parents and adapt to a new life in the city after discovering that his biological mother wants him back, but he ultimately chooses to return to his old home and marry his childhood sweetheart. Bangaarada Panjara is a 1973 Indian Kannada-language Comedy movie starring Dr. Rajkumar, Balakrishna, K. S. Ashwath, Balkrishna, M.v. Rajamma, Ch Lokanath and Shani Mahadev. Bangaarada Panjara was Produced by Rajashankar and A. L. Balu. The movie is directed by V. Somasekhar and V. Somashekhar. Raja Productions acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Bangaarada Panjara was released on 31st December 1973 and takes a screen time of 167 minutes. The screenplay for the movie was written by V. Somashekhar. Cinematography was done by Annayya and Mallik and editing by P. Bhaktavatsalam. The music was composed by G. K. Raghu.
