Suresh Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) D. Suresh Babu. Baladur is written by Lakshmi Bhupal, Gopalakrishna Paruchuri, Venkateswara Rao Paruchuri, Shanker Udaya and K. R. Udhayashankar and it is directed by Shanker Udaya and K. R. Udhayashankar. Suresh Productions acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Baladur was released on 15th August 2008. The Film was successful at box office. Baladur was made on a budget of ₹30 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹140 crore. Cinematography was done by B. Balamurugan and editing by Marthand K. Venkatesh. The music was composed by K. M. Radha Krishnan.
