In a dystopian future, a Russian mobster hires a mercenary to transport a young woman with strange abilities from Europe to New York City, encountering dangerous situations and evading mercenaries, before boarding a submarine to Canada where they face more challenges, ultimately leading to a violent confrontation with the mobsters men and a religious cult, resulting in the mercenary sacrificing himself to protect the woman who gives birth but dies shortly after, leaving the mercenary to care for her children who resemble both of them.
