Babul

A girl named Nandini, raised by her father in a small town, forms a bond with a criminal named Bikram who later becomes her father figure; years later, Nandini falls in love with the nephew of a wealthy man, causing a strained relationship with her father, but when her fathers true identity and past are revealed, he is bailed out of jail by the wealthy man and asked to be the father of the bride at Nandinis wedding. Babul is a 1986 Indian Hindi-language Drama film starring Chiranjeevi, Sameera Reddy, Bhumika Chawla, Arbaaz Khan, Aakash, Akashdeep and Srinivas Pathak. Babul was Produced by C. Ashwani Dutt. Babul is written by Trivikram Srinivas and directed by Govind Moonis and K. Vijaya Bhaskar. Vyjayanthi Movies acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Babul was released on 1st January 1986 and takes a screen time of 173 minutes. Editing was done by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. The music was composed by Ravindra Jain along with Mani Sharma.
