Armaan

The story is about a hospital where Dr. Sinha and his adopted son Akash work as doctors, but when Dr. Neha Mathur joins, Akash falls in love with her and ends up marrying Sonia Kapoor to fulfill his fathers last wish, leading to complications in his relationship with Neha. Armaan is a 2003 Indian Hindi-language Drama Family film featuring Amitabh Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Preity Zinta, Gracy Singh, Randhir Kapoor, Aamir Bashir and Prithvi Zutshi. Armaan was Produced by Dinesh Gandhi. Armaan is written by Javed Akhtar and Honey Irani and it is directed by Honey Irani. Aarti Enterprises acquired the distribution rights for the film. Armaan was released on 16th May 2003 and takes a screen time of 159 mins. Armaan was made on a budget of ₹9 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹6 crore. Cinematography was done by Ravi Varman and editing by Shirish Kunder. The music was composed by IIFA Award winner Ehsaan Noorani along with Loy Mendonsa, Shankar Mahadevan, Shankar-ehsaan-loy and Raju Singh.
