Arasa Kattalai

A remorseful monarch chooses Vijayan as his successor before committing suicide, surprising everyone as Vijayan was initially sent to punish him, but the dying king instructs Vijayan to protect the citizens and return power to the people, which thwarts the deceitful Ministers plans to take the throne, leading the Minister to attempt eliminating Vijayan to sabotage his reforms.
