Anurodh

Arun pursues singing despite his wealthy fathers opposition, moves to Calcutta, befriends a man searching for his lost family, earns money for his friends surgery through a stage show, and ultimately reunites with his family and marries his friends granddaughter. Anurodh is a 1977 Indian Hindi-language Family Drama movie featuring Rajesh Khanna, Simple Kapadia, Vinod Mehra, Ashok Kumar, Nirupa Roy, Preeti Ganguly and Jankidas Mehra. Samanta Enterprises was the production house involved in the project. Anurodh is written by Gauri Prasanna Mazumder and Din Dayal Sharma and it is directed by Shakti Samanta. Anurodh was released on 1st February 1977. The screenplay for the movie was written by Din Dayal Sharma. Cinematography was done by Aloke Dasgupta and editing by Bijoy Chowdhary. The music was composed by Laxmikant Shantaram Kudalkar along with Pyarelal Ramprasad Sharma, Laxmikant Pyarelal and Anand Bakshi.
