Antz is a 1998 American English-language Animation Adventure motion picture starring Woody Allen, Dan Aykroyd, Anne Bancroft, Jane Curtin, Danny Glover, Gene Hackman and Susan Blu. DreamWorks Pictures in association with DreamWorks Animation and Pacific Data Images. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Brad Lewis, Aron Warner and Patty Wooton. Antz is written by Todd Alcott, Chris Weitz and Paul Weitz and it is directed by Eric Darnell and Tim Johnson. DreamWorks Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Antz was released on 2nd October 1998 and takes a screen time of 83 minutes. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released. Antz was made on a budget of $105 million and at the box office it grossed only $40 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Todd Alcott, Chris Weitz and Paul Weitz.
