Annadurai

After his lovers death, Annadurai turns to alcoholism and accidentally kills a bar owner, resulting in a seven-year prison sentence, while Thambidurai becomes a powerful don under the wing of corrupt counsellor Karuppiah and MLA Mahalingam but ends up being accused of killing an inspector, leading the police to plan to kill him until Annadurai sacrifices himself to save Thambidurai.
