Angelas Christmas

In Limerick 1914, Angela steals the Baby Jesus from the church crib, hides him, and sings him a lullaby, but her brother exposes her secret causing an argument until their mother shares a story about their fathers arrest, prompting Angela to return the Baby Jesus, and they are caught by a priest and a guard, but Angela explains her intentions and they are allowed to go home, while later in the church, Baby Jesus is seen wearing a sweater Angela put on him. Angelas Christmas is a 2018 English-language Animation Adventure film starring Malachy Mccourt, Ruth Negga, Lucy O connell, Vivian Drew, Anya O connor, Brendan Mullins and Don Wycherley. The movie is based on Angela and the Baby Jesus by Frank McCourt. Brown Bag Films in association with 9 Story. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Ellen Mccourt. Angelas Christmas is written by Will Collins and Damien O connor and it is directed by Damien O connor. Netflix acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture.
