The film is written and directed by Vasanthabalan. S Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Aneethi was released on 21st July 2023. Cinematography was done by A. M. Edwin Sakay and editing by Ravikumar. M. The music was composed by Gv Prakash Kumar along with G. V. Prakash Kumar.
