A girl named Rosy living in an orphanage with a paralyzed left arm and weak cardiac health, is cared for by Lalitha and becomes friends with Rajinikanth, whose visit helps her overcome her rudeness and develop a better outlook on life before learning that Lalitha is her mother and passing away with Rajinikanth fulfilling her final wish.
