An International Local Story is a Malayalam comedy film about a young man named Dr. Steel who returns from the United States and is forced into an arranged marriage, and explores the clash between modernity and tradition. An International Local Story is a 2019 Indian Malayalam-language Comedy Family movie starring Rahul Madhav, Aswin Jose, Dharmajan Bolgatty, Bijukuttan, Deepak Parambol, Tini Tom and Binu Thrikkakkara. S Square Cinemas was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) M. Shijith. An International Local Story is written by Ranjith, Eban and Saneesh and it is directed by Harisree Ashokan. Kalasangham Films acquired the distribution rights for the film. An International Local Story was released on 1st March 2019. Cinematography was done by Alby Antony and editing by Ratheesh Raj. The music was composed by National Award winner Gopi Sundar along with Nadirsha, Gopi Sunder, Nadirshah and Arunraj.
