A college student named Rachael becomes obsessed with her criminology professor and aspires to join the FBI, but spirals out of control as she begins to kill off her competition and confesses to her professor before fleeing from the police in a car chase that ends with her presumably dead, only for it to later be revealed that Rachael stole the identity of her last victim and is now an agent in the FBI, exploring themes of obsession, sociopathy, and identity.
