Pushpa is forced into prostitution but is eventually reunited with her son with the help of a kind visitor and her sons employer. Amar Prem is a 1972 Indian Hindi-language Drama Musical motion picture starring Sharmila Tagore, Rajesh Khanna, Sujit Kumar, Bindu Desai, Madan Puri, Bobby and Master Pappu. The movie is inspired from Hinger Kochuri by Bibhutibhushan Bandopadhyay and Nishi Padma. Shakti Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Shakti Samanta. Amar Prem is written by Bibhutibhushan Bandopadhyay, Arabinda Mukhopadhyay and Ramesh Pant and it is directed by Shakti Samanta. Sony Pictures Networks acquired the distribution rights for the movie.
