Based on the Robert Penn Warren novel. The life of populist Southerner Willie Stark, a political creature loosely based on Governor Huey Long of Louisiana. All the Kings Men is a 2006 American English-language Drama Thriller film starring David Jason, Maggie Smith, David Troughton, Sean Penn, Jude Law, Anthony Hopkins and Brad Mooney. Relativity Media in association with Phoenix Pictures. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Gareth Neame and Nigel Mccrery. All the Kings Men is written by Steven Zaillian, Robert Penn Warren and Alma Cullen and it is directed by Steven Zaillian and Julian Jarrold. BBC acquired the distribution rights for the movie. All the Kings Men was released on 21st September 2006 and takes a screen time of 110 min. All the Kings Men was made on a budget of $55 million and at the box office it grossed only $9 million. Cinematography was done by David Odd and editing by Chris Gill. The music was composed by Adrian Johnston.
