Alibhai is a movie about the life of Anwar Ali, also known as Alibhai, who rises from a troubled childhood to become a revered leader and protector in his community, only to face betrayal, threats, and a bomb attack that he must overcome to avenge the deaths of his loved ones and reaffirm his power. Alibhai is a 2007 Indian Malayalam-language Action Drama film starring Siddique, Mohanlal Viswanathan, Rajan P. Dev, Gopika Kularuban, Cochin Hanifa, Jagadish and Zeenath Ap. Aashirvad Cinemas was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Antony Perumbavoor. Alibhai is written by Shaji Kailas and T. A. Shahid and it is directed by Shaji Kailas. Central Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Alibhai was released on 15th August 2007 and takes a screen time of 138 minutes. Cinematography was done by Sharavanan and editing by Kuttu. The music was composed by Alex Paul.
