A poor artists family disowns him when he contributes less money towards his sisters wedding and he returns as a successful theater actor to face his familys problems. Albela is a 1951 Indian Hindi-language Comedy Musical movie featuring Bhagwan Dada, Geeta Bali, Master Bhagwan, Badri Prasad, Sudesh Sunder, Pratima Devi and Baburao Pahelwan. Bhagwan Art Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Master Bhagwan and Bhagwan Dada. Albela is written by Master Bhagwan, Rajendra Krishan and Ehsan Rizvi and it is directed by Master Bhagwan and Bhagwan Dada. Bhagwan Art Productions acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Albela was released on 1st January 1951. Albela was made on a budget of ₹10 crore and it was a hit at box office gross of ₹10 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Bhagwan Dada. Cinematography was done by Shanker A.
