Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa

Norwich radio station undergoes a corporate takeover, leading to potential job losses for the staff, and while DJ Alan Partridge remains unbothered, DJ Pat Farrell pleads with Alan to fight against the layoffs, resulting in a tense situation where Pat holds everyone hostage, demanding his job back, but Alans selfishness leads to him convincing the management to fire Pat, prompting a standoff where Alan negotiates with Pat to host a radio show during the siege, but Alans arrogant behavior resurfaces and he shares a kiss with a colleague, ultimately losing his trousers and proving to be useless, until the police send in an undercover officer who is intercepted by Alan, triggering a fight that ends with Pat escaping with Alan and a security guard on a tour bus, continuing to host their show until Pat realizes that Alan was responsible for his redundancy, resulting in a battle on Cromer Pier where Pat reveals his suicidal thoughts but cant bring himself to shoot, instead giving Alan the gun who throws it away, but the gun accidentally fires, hitting Alan in the leg and prompting a police sniper to shoot him again, and although Alan believes he is dying, a paramedic assures him he will be fine, and he eventually returns to the radio station with Sidekick Simon and goes on vacation with Angela and her children.
