Abhishek falls in love with Anjali but a misunderstanding leads to their breakup, and years later he falls in love with Aishwarya, but their relationship is complicated by her engagement to another man, eventually culminating in a dramatic confession of love and a happy ending. The movie is inspired from Manmadhudu by K. Vijaya Bhaskar. Chilukuru Balaji Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) N. Kumar and Dr. Ramanjaneyalu. Aishwarya is written by B.a. Madhu, B. A. Madhu and Trivikram Srinivas and it is directed by Indrajit Lankesh. B.Z. Zameer Ahmed Khan acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Aishwarya was released on 15th September 2006 and takes a screen time of 147 minutes.
