A young man with Aspergers Syndrome struggles with communication and routine in Manhattan, but finds a unique connection with a neighbor who is a school teacher and childrens book writer. Adam is a 2009 American English-language Drama Romance film featuring Hugh Dancy, Rose Byrne, Frankie Faison, Mark Linn-baker, Amy Irving, Peter Gallagher and Thatcher Robinson. Olympus Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Miranda De Pencier, Leslie Urdang and Dean Vanech. The motion picture is written and directed by Max Mayer. Fox Searchlight Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. Adam was released on 7th August 2009 and takes a screen time of 99 minutes. Adam was made on a budget of $3 million and at the box office it grossed only $0 million.
