Aanchal

The story follows the trials of a virtuous Indian woman facing family problems and dealing with rumors about an alleged romantic relationship with her brother-in-law. Aanchal is a 1980 Indian Hindi-language Action Drama motion picture featuring Rajesh Khanna, Raakhee, Prem Chopra, Amol Palekar, Rakhee Gulzar, Rekha Ganesan and Gita Siddharth. Aanchal was Produced by Prem Lalwani, Tapan Chatterjee, Ramesh Bhatia and Mohan Lalwani. Aanchal is written by Tarashankar Banerjee, Sachin Bhowmick, Ehsan Rizvi and Tarasankar Bandyopadhyay and it is directed by Anil Ganguly. Baba Digital Media acquired the distribution rights for the film. Aanchal was released on 18th September 1980 and takes a screen time of 160 minutes. Cinematography was done by Dilip Ranjan Mukherjee and editing by Waman Bhonsle and Gurudutt Shirali. The music was composed by Rahul Dev Burman along with R D Burman.
