Touchstone Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) K. Anil Kumar. Aaksthinte Niram is written by Dr. Biju and directed by Bijukumar Damodaran and Dr. Biju. Kalasangham Films acquired the distribution rights for the film. Aaksthinte Niram was released on 14th February 2012 and takes a screen time of 117 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Aaksthinte Niram was made on a budget of $60 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $256 million. Cinematography was done by M. J. Radhakrishnan and editing by Manoj. The music was composed by Isaac Thomas Kottukapally.
