Aakhri Adaalat

A police inspector named Amar who apprehends criminals during a drug bust soon finds himself frustrated when they are released and is later joined by a sub-inspector named Rima Kapoor who he falls in love with, but their lives take a turn when a vigilante starts targeting and killing underworld members, leading to Rima discovering incriminating evidence in Amars closet and questioning whether he is the vigilante, and the film delves into how far Amar will go to dismantle the criminal underworld and ensure justice.
