Aahuthi is written by Paul W. S. Anderson and directed by Paul W. S. Anderson, Alexander Witt and Russell Mulcahy. Sony Pictures Releasing acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Aahuthi was released on 16th May 2002. The Film was successful at box office. Aahuthi was made on a budget of $288 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $1230 million. The music was composed by Marco Beltrami along with Marilyn Manson, Jeff Danna, Charlie Clouser, Tomandandy and Paul Haslinger.
