A United Kingdom is a 2016 English-language Biography Drama movie featuring David Oyelowo, Rosamund Pike, Terry Pheto, Jack Davenport, Tom Felton, Abena Ayivor and Miroslav Zaruba. The movie is inspired from Colour Bar by Susan Williams. BBC Films in association with British Film Institute, Ingenious Media and Path. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) David Oyelowo, Brunson Green, Charlie Mason, Rick Mccallum, Cameron Mccracken and Justin Moore-lewy. The movie is directed by Amma Asante. 20th Century Fox acquired the distribution rights for the movie. A United Kingdom was released on 16th March 2017 in English and Tswana languages and takes a screen time of 111 minutes. A United Kingdom was made on a budget of $14 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $14 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Guy Hibbert. Cinematography was done by Sam McCurdy and editing by Jonathan Amos and Jon Gregory. The music was composed by Patrick Doyle.
