The movie is written and directed by Hannah Fidell. The Orchard acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. 6 Years was released on 18th August 2015 and takes a screen time of 79 minutes. Cinematography was done by Andrew Droz Palermo and editing by Sofi Marshall and Carlos Marques-Marcet. The music was composed by Julian Wass.
