Productions Pvt.Ltd was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Dr. K. Vimalageetha and Aishwarya R. Dhanush. Three is written by Aishwarya R Dhanush, Kasthuri Raja and Aishwarya R. Dhanush and it is directed by Aishwarya R Dhanush and Aishwarya R. Dhanush. Wunderbar Films acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Three was released on 29th March 2012 and takes a screen time of 148 minutes. Cinematography was done by Velraj and editing by Kola Bhaskar. The music was composed by Filmfare Award winner Anirudh Ravichander.
