15 Minutes is a 2001 English-language Action Crime film starring Robert De Niro, Edward Burns, Kelsey Grammer, Avery Brooks, Melina Kanakaredes, Karel Roden and Ellen Whyte. Its story revolves around a homicide detective and a fire marshal who join forces to apprehend a pair of Eastern European murderers videotaping their crimes in order to become rich and famous. 15 Minutes was Produced by Keith Addis, David Blocker, John Herzfeld and Nick Wechsler. The film is written and directed by John Herzfeld. New Line Cinema acquired the distribution rights for the movie. The motion picture has a running time of 120 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. 15 Minutes was made on a budget of $42 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $56 million. Cinematography was done by Jean-Yves Escoffier and editing by Steven Cohen. The music was composed by Anthony Marinelli along with J. Peter Robinson.
