Varinder Singh Ghuman

Varinder Singh Ghuman ( ਵਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਘੁਮਣ) is an Indian professional bodybuilder and Punjabi wrestler. Ghuman has won Mr. India in 2009 and he was awarded 2nd place in Mr. Asia. He appeared in Punjabi film Kabaddi Once Again as lead actor in 2012. He has been roped in by Arnold Schwarzenegger for promoting his health products in Asia as his brand ambassdor. He is a devout vegetarian, and has never touched egg or meat in his life. His diet includes Indian vegetarian food and milk dairy products. He started his career from the Indian Body Building Federation. He won Australian Grand Prix in 2011 and he won the Mr. Asia title in 2009. He is the first Indian in history to secure an IFBB professional bodybuilding card. Varinder has starred in the film Roar: Tigers of the Sundarbans in 2014 directed by Kamal Sadanah and produced by Abis Rizvi. The film Roar: Tigers of Sundarbans went to the Cannes Film Festival in May of 2014 and was a Hollywood and Bollywood box office blockbuster hit.
